Published requirement descriptionDay to Day Reactive Repairs and Void Property Works. The successful contractor(s) for each Lot will enter into two separate contracts, one with each Client Body. The contracts are not interdependent. There will be one schedule of rates for each Lot. The rates tendered therein will apply to both contracts. It is anticipated that four service providers will be appointed to each Lot.
- Recurrence: The Contract will be awarded for a period of three years with the option to extend thereafter on a yearly basis up to a maximum of two additional years. The earliest potential timescale for publication of a new notice is therefore 2026.
