External Well-led Developmental Review

To commission an independent external facilitator to undertake a developmental review to assess the Trust's leadership and governance against the NHS well-led framework.

Aims and objectives of the procurement:

• to deepen the organisation’s understanding of its leadership and

governance through objective and constructive review and challenge

• to identify key development actions in relation to the well-led framework and identify areas where the Trust could benefit from further targeted development work to secure and sustain future performance.
• to obtain maximum value for money from the review"
