Prospective Contractors should ensure that they are completely familiar with the nature and extent of the obligations to be accepted by them, should their tender be accepted.

Lot awarding rule: The Council will evaluate tenders by considering the following principle factors: • Compliance with tender documents • Tender submission including rates and prices. • Referees and previous experience The Council does not bind itself to accept any tender, but every effort will be made to decide on the award of the contract by 1st December 2025.
