Risks

Key risks include failure to achieve referral and intervention targets, inability to recruit and retain suitably qualified staff, insufficient community engagement resulting in reduced service uptake, non-compliance with safeguarding or information governance requirements, failure to maintain effective partnership arrangements, and budgetary pressures associated with high-cost interventions. The successful provider will be required to maintain appropriate risk management arrangements, business continuity plans, workforce development plans, performance monitoring processes, and robust data protection controls throughout the contract term. The Council will monitor performance through regular contract management arrangements and KPI reporting.
