Published requirement description

Waltham Forest Council sought a proposal for the provision of Works, Goods and Services by means of a procurement waiver due to unique expertise and prior experience working on bespoke and irregular lighting infrastructure in Walthamstow Town Centre. The Council approved the procurement waiver on 25/09/25. Pending all signatories agreement, this contract will be added to the Contract Register, along with the publication of a UK7 notice. The provision of Works, Goods and Services relates to sourcing, logistics management and installation of new Christmas lighting on Walthamstow Town Square and Walthamstow High Street. This also includes delivering any agreed repairs or upgrades to existing infrastructure.
