- Change An extension to the current contract is required to maintain existing service., Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: It is essential this system continues to be made available. There is a requirement to support the capture and reporting of workforce intelligence for community dental, pharmacy and ophthalmic services in Wales. Constraints outside the control of NWSSP now require continuation of the current solution to the 31st March 2024. This has been retendered as part of an expanded solution but implementation of this element will not be completed by the 31st March 2023.
