Published requirement descriptionThe four fundamental purposes of the Victim Support Services in Swindon and Wiltshire that the successful Tenderer is to fulfil are:
- The successful Tenderer shall provide a reliable, effective and satisfactory practical and emotional support Service for Victims of crime in Wiltshire and Swindon.
- The successful Tenderer shall work with the Customer to develop further the infrastructure to support Victims of crime in Wiltshire and Swindon.
- The successful Tenderer shall provide feedback from Victims on their experience of crime and, where applicable, the criminal justice system.
- The successful Tenderer shall contribute to the achievement of Priority 2 and Priority 4 of the Police and Crime Commissioner’s Police and Crime Plan:
- Reduce violence and serious harm
- Improve the experience of Victims and deliver justice
