Coverage: 33 active published awards; 32 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

- Lot 1 · #1Individual lot title not publishedStatus not publishedPublished valueNot publishedBecause many properties will have bespoke issues and therefore require bespoke solutions we will be expanding our target hardening service which currently delivers a service for victims of crime in our area. Additional information: Additional funding has been received from the Home Office enabling expansion of the service provided. This was unforeseen and is time critical. It would also cause us technical difficulties if there were more than one contractor providing the same service, which would be disproportionate to the contract and result in significant internal costs.Contract periodNot publishedEligibilityNot publishedOptions / renewalNot published

Procedure rationaleAdditional funding has been received enabling expansion of the service provided it's spend this financial year and we require bespoke solutions that will take time to deliver. This was unforeseen and is time critical. It would also cause us technical difficulties if there were more than one contractor providing the same service, which would be disproportionate to the contract and result in significant internal costs. The expansion of the target hardening service is a repetition of the current contract that was advertised using the open procedure.
