What is being bought

As outlined in the Mayor of London's Police & Crime Plan (PCP) 2025-29, tackling violence against women and girls (VAWG) remains a key priority. Alongside the PCP, the Mayor's VAWG Strategy 2022-25 sets out a long-term ambition to eradicate VAWG, and for every women and girl to be able to participate. The Mayor is currently in the process of refreshing this strategy for 2025-29 which will be published later this year, supporting the PCP and Domestic Abuse Safe Accommodation (DASA) Strategy 2025-28. To support the delivery of the Mayor's objectives and the above strategies, we have committed to recommissioning the VAWG Expert Reference Group (ERG) until March 2029. MOPAC is seeking an organisation that will deliver the management, coordination and oversight of the VAWG ERG, providing strategic and operational leadership, to support the delivery of the Mayor's strategic priorities. This organisation will bring experience in strategic leadership on VAWG, and facilitate VAWG ERG members to establish a collective voice while bringing extensive VAWG subject-matter expertise and coordinate effective collaboration between MOPAC and the VAWG sector. Comparable-procurement analytics

Benchmarked against retained Find a Tender procedures with CPV division 85. The category anchor is Health and social work services (85000000); this is a deliberately broad market comparator. The comparison is shown at several levels rather than pretending one company or region is always the best benchmark.

“Reported bids” is an official aggregate, sometimes reported per lot; it is the closest available competition measure. “Named award suppliers” are winners, not all applicants.

Indicative price outcome

£195,180 is the median lowest-valid-bid benchmark for the broad CPV market sample, against this procedure’s published value of £300,000.

This is a historical comparator, not a bid-price forecast or a guaranteed saving. It excludes records where the published values cannot be sensibly compared and does not adjust for lot structure, quality weighting, framework terms or scope.
