As part of the preparation of our annual report, Crown Estate Scotland commissions independent valuations of its assets on an annual basis. All such valuations are conducted by independent, registered valuers in strict accordance with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors “Valuation – Global Standards” RICS Red Book) requirements.
