The equipment is a specialist clinical laser system requiring manufacturer-authorised maintenance, calibration, software updates, performance verification and repair services. Promed is the authorised service provider and has access to the manufacturer-specific training, technical knowledge, software, tools and approved parts necessary to maintain the system in accordance with Biolitec's requirements.
