Publisher note: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. Award Decision Makers: Fiona McClintock, Service Line Manager. Providers wishing to be considered under the Provider Selection Regime Most Suitable Provider Process must express an interest by emailing [email protected] Expressions of interest must include the provider's legal entity name, company or statutory registration number, Central Digital Platform identifier (PPON), proposed service delivery address, CQC location ID and relevant contact details. Interested providers may subsequently be asked to complete a proportionate questionnaire covering mandatory service requirements and the five Provider Selection Regime key criteria. The service must be delivered outside of Trust premises from a suitable CQC-registered facility within the locality of Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust, to minimise travel for the Trust's patient population. Providers must be able to mobilise within two weeks of award and deliver approximately 50 patient episodes by 31 March 2027. This is not a competitive tender process, and an expression of interest does not guarantee contract award.
