The University of Wolverhampton is seeking competitive tenders from providers of building energy management system maintenance services to fulfil it's BEMS maintenance requirements across all five of it's campuses across the West Midlands.
The service is expected to include:
- Full servicing and maintenance of existing BMS View platform
- cyclical maintenance
- general repairs
- call-out provision for breakdown or repair
- upgrades, refurbishments and replacements (as may be required from time to time)
- provision of up-to-date outstation strategies

- Review procedure
The authority will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point that information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved then the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by breach of the rules to take action in the High Court. Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within 3 months).
