UKRI-6170 Digital Asset Library for UKRI

Provision of a digital asset management system to maintain a centralised library of digital assets, including images, videos, GIFs and PDF reports, ensuring consistent branding and enabling staff to quickly locate and access approved content. The system will streamline the commissioning and management of digital assets through an efficient workflow, with role-based access levels. The supplier will provide a single point of contact, agreed service level arrangements (SLAs) for response times, and the ability to export asset metadata to support data portability and future migration to an alternative system.
