Coverage: 20 active published awards; 20 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Chilbolton observatory operates is developing a wide band radar to operate between 8GHz and 12GHz. The plan is to use a linear FM chirp which may need to be modified to include notches in the frequency range or corrections for artifacts caused by the transmitter such as amplitude variations or group delay variation. Thus we are seeking a fast Arbitrary Waveform Generator (AWG) capable of directly generating signals in the range 8GHz to 12GHz at the output.
