Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 9 active published awards; 9 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleCertus developed a bespoke EDA system for NC3Rs and both organisations share intellectual property rights on the software. The EDA system is a continuous iterative development system. The use of alternative providers will create a severe disproportionate technical compatibility problem and severe disruption to the system development. In addition, the investment to onboard an alternative supplier will be significantly more than the continuous development of the existing system.
