Coverage: 4 active published awards; 4 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The temperature set point of storage: -25°C. Any new facility that could offer lower temperature storage may also be beneficial i.e. storage of -40°C for up to 10 pallets would be highly desirable. Transportation from the storage facility to BAS and vice versa in temperature controlled vehicles with a set point of -20°C and the temperature recorded for our records.. Additional information: Required; sample boxes to be stored in a clean environment, free of dust or contaminants; not to be stored with, or immediately adjacent to foodstuffs or other substances that may cause issue for cross contamination. Shared and accessible inventory. We require the new facility to pick boxes from specific pallets and return boxes back onto specific pallets to maintain a comprehensive database.
