    This contract will cover chiller, air source heat pump and dry air coolers maintenance, reactive and remedial works at the following STFC sites: a. The Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (RAL), in Oxfordshire. b. The STFC Chilbolton Observatory in Hampshire. c. The Cosener’s House, in Abingdon. Currently there are no assets in Chilbolton or Cosener’s House, but this may change over the contract term. The agreement shall be in place from 1st March 2022 for an initial period of 3 years until 28th February 2025, with an option to extend for an additional year until 28th February 2026 (3 + 1 years). The estimated value of the opportunity is up to £440,000 excl.
