For the Administration of general anaesthetic for patients undergoing E.C.T. treatment. Including the review of records of physical examinations carried out prior to E.C.T. to determine suitability for and safety of a general anaesthetic. Delivery: East Midlands · This service will be provided within: The E.C.T. suite at the Bradgate Mental Health Unit. Very occasionally and where agreed as clinically necessary, ECT will be provided within main theatres (Anaesthetic Room) at Glenfield Hospital. This will only occur where the risk of complications requires an environment with enhanced anaesthetic support.
