The Birmingham, Black Country and Solihull Procurement Collaberative (BBCS) intends to undertake a programme of pre-market engagement, to support a competitive tender process. Parties who wish to participate must confirm their engagement by completing the “Pre-Market Engagement” requirement, found on the projects Atamis page (C473334). These must be completed before the close of 07/10/2026 in order to be confirmed for this engagement programme. Details of the exact date and allocated time slot for the site visit and presentation will be sent via the Atamis portal, and all subsequent invites and information will also be provided here following the closing date. All questions should be submitted via the Atamis portal.
