- Change To extend the North and West Fife GoFlexi Taxibus service to Levenmouth for a trial period, Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: The proposal only came about as a result of recommendations in a Consultant’s Bus Review Report (2025): 2 years after the initial contract started in 2023. This third modification was to trial the pilot GoFlexi taxibus service into the Levenmouth area.
