- Change To extend the current West Fife GoFlexi Taxibus service for a longer trial period, Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: The proposal only came about as a result of recommendations in a Consultant’s Bus Review Report (2025): 2 years after the initial contract started in 2023. This second modification was to extend the trial period of the pilot GoFlexi taxibus service in the West Fife area.
