What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionUnder the Procurement Act 2023, YPO are looking to undertake preliminary market engagement to establish a compliant route to market for public sector organisations specifically for Early Years establishments requiring Trikes, Scooters and Ride-ons. This framework will be for direct delivery from the supplier to our customer base. This is a renewal of the previous framework 001099 (under the now redundant Public Contracts Regulations 2015).
The aim of this framework is to provide high quality products for the Nursery and Early Years market, including primary schools, nurseries, playgroups and childminders.

Published description of the framework
A completed pricing appendix for a basket of goods ws required as part of suppliers submissions and was evaluated using the CIPFA pricing model.
Pricing is to be held from the commencement date of this contract until March 2028.
After this Initial Period, any amendments to price must be agreed with YPO in writing at least 45 days before any proposed implementation. Any price increases must be backed up with evidence to support the increase.
After award customers will select the product that meets their specification in order to select which supplier they will purchase from.
