Coverage: 31 active published awards; 26 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The athletics track at Treborth playing fields opened in 1996 and was previously run by Gwynedd council until 2016. Degradation of the track has taken place due to high usage and minimal maintenance since install, meaning the track is reaching the end of its lifespan. In May 2019 Sports Labs were commissioned by Welsh Athletics limited to conduct a survey of Treborth athletics track and recommended for either a track re-spray or a full track surface replacement.
