Coverage: 83 active published awards; 61 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

RSW has responsibility for the implementation of Part 1 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014. The legislation requires private rented sector landlords to register with RSW and either become licensed if they carry out letting activities and property management work themselves or appoint a RSW licenced agent to carry out these activities on their behalf. Part of the licensing requirements is to have completed approved training. The training will provide landlords and agents with relevant, up to date information and continued professional development (CPD) opportunities in order to successfully manage tenancies within the law. The Housing (Wales) Act 2014 allows RSW to deliver training that meets the requirements for a licence. This procurement exercise is intended to meet this objective. RSW is able to train landlords and agents through online, virtual classroom or classroom based training. The landlord or agent that requires training should be able to find an advertised course, book a place and pay for a course and view results on the RSW website.Contract periodNot publishedEligibilityNot publishedOptions / renewalNot published
