City, University of London shall incorporate a standstill period of a minimum of 10 (ten) calendar days between notification of intention to enter the Preferred Bidder Phase and the commencement of the Preferred Bidder Phase as stipulated in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to allow unsuccessful bidders the opportunity to appeal the Preferred Bidder decision.
