In accordance with Regulations 57, 58 and 60 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, applicants will be assessed in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, on the basis of information provided in response to the Selection Questionnaire.

The contracting authority operated a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract was communicated to tenderers to provide time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
