Tier 2 oil spill response - ABP Group wideThis service enables all the ABP Group Ports to meet their underlying obligation to manage the harbour so that it can be used in a safe and efficient manner, also ensuring that the environment is safeguarded.Tier 2 Oil Spill Response scope includes :1. Retain an oil spill contractor to manage significant (Tier 2 – 7-700 tons) oil spills in the land and marine environment.2. Provide training services to qualify On Scene Commanders, Response Supervisors, Responders and Waste Managers.3. Participate in 6 monthly notification exercises.(Further details are within scope documents attached)
