The additional 12-month contract value will be £1,463,466.00. This decision has been made to ensure continuity of service to local patients from 1st September 2025.\nThe procurement is approved by the Chair of the Procurement and Provider Selection Steering Group, the Deputy Chief Delivery and Strategy Officer and the NHS Sussex ICB Executive Committee.\nNo conflicts of interest have been identified.",
