It is considered that this contract can be awarded using the Negotiated Procedure Without Prior Publication pursuant to Regulation 32(2)(a) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 due to an absence of suitable expressions of interest received in response to a call for competition under Contract Notice AA47308.
