Coverage: 40 active published awards; 17 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleDue to there being no compliant bids, it is Team Leidos’ intention to change the procedure under notice to a negotiated procedure with Puretone Ltd, as per Regulation 32 of the Public Contract regulations. Puretone Ltd are the incumbent supplier whose items have been trialled and in service for the last 4 years. The reasons for the decision, including the characteristics and relative advantages, are as follows: - Use of Negotiated procedure to clarify Phase Two response - Puretone Ltd items are currently used by the customer and have been trialled previously - Awarding a 2 year framework will provide supply continuity to whilst a specification review is completed prior to re-engaging with the market.
