However, the schedule of the counts which are set out in APPENDIX 3 PRICING SCHEDULE.xlsx and which form the basis of the financial assessment of the quotation represent the anticipated composition of the type and nature of traffic surveys that the Council would expect to procure through this contract within any 12 month period.",
