  • Economic & financial standing

    With reference to ESPD question 4B.5,it is a requirement of this contract that the bidders hold or can commit prior to commencement of any subsequent award contract, the type and levels of insurance indicated below:

    Employers(compulsory) liability - 5 million GBP

    Public and Products liability - 5 million GBP

    Professional Indemnity Insurance - 2 million GBP

    With reference to ESPD 4B.6 the successful contractors will be required to provide 2 years audited accounts or equivalent if awarded the contract.
