What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionThe service will respond to the needs of and support service those who the Council have agreed to accommodate on a temporary basis.
The service is expected to provide meaningful and structured support to enable service users to address or minimise support needs, enabling successful move on to suitable, independent and sustainable settled accommodation. The service will also assist the Council in fulfilling its housing management duties associated with the properties, under the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016.

- Price carries 20 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 2 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
