- Technical & professional ability
A minimum of Trusted Assessor Level 3: Assessing, provision and fitting of equipment and minor adaptations. The training and certification of such Staff must be undertaken by a recognised Trusted Assessor training organisation.
- Shortlisting
- It is a requirement of this contract that the provider is able to evidence their knowledge and experience of assessing, supplying and installing equipment and adaptations in people’s homes, by ensuring that the provider’s staff are fully trained as Trusted Assessors to a minimum of Trusted Assessor Level 3: Assessing, provision and fitting of equipment and minor adaptations. The training and certification of such Staff must be undertaken by a recognised Trusted Assessor training organisation.
