The Contractor will provide a service and the equipment for the destruction of devices that hold data at Police Premises.
Lot #2Data Erasure and Re-Marketing of Devices that Hold DataAwardedRenewal
The Contractor shall provide an off-site facility to securely erase all data (included, but not limited to, personal and sensitive personal data as defined in the DPA) held on Devices prior to the disposal or re-marketing of the Devices in accordance with the Contract. Additional information: Price for Lot 2 will be evaluated at mini competition stage

- Suitability
The Contractor shall be ISO 27001 accredited or equivalent
The Contractor shall be a CPNI Approved supplier, utilising CPNI approved equipment OR shall comply in full with the CPNI Secure Destruction Standard of the CPNI Standard for Secure Destruction of Sensitive Items
The Contractor shall be accredited with one or more of the following Standards ;
- Asset Disposal and Information Security Alliance (ADISA)
- Compliance with CPNI’s Secure Destruction Of Sensitive Items document.
- Assured Service (Sanitisation) Scheme (CAS (S)) or 1S0 27001:Security Management
System
- Price carries 50 points on every lot: a 10% discount moves about 5 points.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
