    "description": "The Archer Academy is an outstanding Secondary School located across two campuses in Finchley in the London Borough of Barnet.  \nThe School is tendering its cleaning services with a contract start date of 1st September 2026. The initial  term will run for three years, ending on 31st August 2029, with a requirement for termly and annual reviews and a break clause to support both parties should the relationship not prosper. \nThere will be an option to extend for up to two further years (1+1) by mutual agreement, based on qualitative and financial performance.
