Coverage: 1 active published awards; 1 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Rail for London Infrastructure (RfLI) requires a Service Provider to undertake the Overhead Line Equipment Monitoring Services on the Central Section of the Elizabeth Line twice a year.
The Overhead Line Equipment Monitoring Services entails checking the condition of the Overhead Line Equipment (OLE) using measuring equipment such as a Pantograph, HD Cameras and software to analyse the asset condition (e.g. contact wire wear, height & stagger geometry deviation from As Build/Design).
The Reports generated by OLE Monitoring will give RfLI important parameters on asset condition deterioration which drives planned corrective interventions and/or renewals as the case may be.
