    TfL is inviting suppliers to participate in the early market engagement for the manufacture and supply of S7 Anti-Roll bars. The S-Stock comprises of 132 7-car trains (S7 sub-fleet; District Line, Hammersmith & City Line and Circle Line) The S7 Anti-Roll bar procurement falls under the wider S-Stock Overhaul Programme Lift which is due to start in July 2023 and finish in May 2026. The aim of this procurement is the supply of anti roll bars to the standards and material specification stated within high level specification provided the MSQ pack. TfL is seeking to engage with suppliers through this Prior Information Note (PIN) to participate in Early Market Engagement (EME). Through EME, TfL would like to review the indicative programme, understand the current market appetite, capacity and capability, and help to determine a cost effective solution to delivering the S7 Anti Roll Bars Procurement. Interested parties are requested to respond to the ‘TfL/23814 Manufacture and supply of Anti Roll Bars for the S7 Programme Lift' PIN by expressing an interest as outlined below. Information provided as part of this early market engagement will be used to inform TfL’s approach to the delivery of the S7 Anti Roll Bars Procurement. TfL may at is sole discretion enter into further discussions with respondents. Submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) Suppliers are invited to register their interest via ProContract at www.procontract.due-north.com and (Reference ID DN620744) download and complete the Market sounding questionnaire (MSQ) pack by the deadline of 12 noon on 26th August 2022. This PIN is issued solely for the purposes of the market engagement. No information contained in this document, or provided during and for the market engagement exercise, constitutes any commitment by TfL or any member of the TfL group or any of its or their stakeholders to undertake any procurement exercise in the future. This PIN does not constitute a call for competition to procure any services, supplies or works for TfL and TfL is not bound to accept any proposals offered. TfL is not liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any party participating in the market engagement. Any possible future procurement of any services, supplies or works by TfL would be carried out strictly in accordance with any relevant obligations under the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016. Direct or indirect canvassing of any employee or agent of RfL, TfL or any TfL group company by any company concerning this requirement, or any attempt to procure information from any such employee or agent concerning this PIN outside of the formal process described in this document may result in the disqualification of the company from consideration of any future procurement activity.
