A member of the management must be in receipt of the ‘Transport Managers’ or ‘Operators’ CPC Qualification
Drivers must be suitably qualified by holding relevant PCV Qualification and Driver CPC for the vehicle they are driving and the Contract the vehicle is operating on.
- Price carries 70 of 170 points: a 10% discount moves about 7 points. Quality carries 100 of 170: the paper moves it further than the discount.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
