What is being bought
The Health Board has an urgent requirement to create a storage unit within one of its building and have it up and running for 1st December. The area will have to be shelved out floor to ceiling height of 4m. The space will have to be chilled to 4 degrees Celsius remotely monitored and alarmed back to a central location with call out facility to attend fault (provided under this agreement) The agreement will be for 12 week period and will include the following:- Chillers run & standby, pipework, air handling units x 2 and thermostatic equipment, including interconnecting electrical distribution and cabling. Racking out of the space, forklift to enable storage to all levels within the space.
