These services will require contractors who are skilled and have experience of dealing with the coordination, control, and management of the packing and transport of exhibitions comprising high value, delicate and environmentally sensitive works of art in a variety of media and from a wide range of source.\nTate expects to appoint specialised transport agents to the Framework Agreement who will demonstrate they have sufficient expertise in handling, packing and transporting works of art of various media, size and weight, in the UK and abroad.\nThe framework itself will establish overarching terms and conditions, and business will be awarded under the framework through a series of mini-competitions which will be run by Tate employees underneath the different lots for separate pieces of work, which range from UK movements of artwork through to multi-national, multi-venue movements.\nAll appointed suppliers will have to demonstrate that meet the conditions of the Government Indemnity Scheme https://www.artscouncil.org.uk/protecting-cultural-objects/government-indemnity-scheme#section-3\nAn indicative outline of activity is included below for the benefit of interested parties.\nContract Notice (OJEU) placed30 June 2022\nInvitation to Tender document issued to all 1 July 2022\nClosing date for submission of tenders3 August 2022 1200\nContract start date30 September 2022",
