Coverage: 227 active published awards; 222 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Housing Executive requires 4 Oracle Solaris Servers (3 X SPARC S7-2 servers and 1 x SPARC T8-1 server) to replace the existing three T5 and single T4 Oracle Solaris servers currently hosting the Housing Executive’s deployments of Orchard Housing, integrated 3rd party applications and bespoke extensions to Orchard Housing (HMS). The Tenderer will be required to deliver, install and configure the servers to the state where they are ready for the HMS application supplier to migrate the systems from the existing servers to the supplied servers. The Tenderer will also be required to certify the servers to allow for the installation of the Oracle support gateway, install the Oracle support gateway and establish Oracle Platinum Support for all the supplied servers.
