Coverage: 227 active published awards; 222 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Housing Executive requires an external Contractor to provide a Claims Handling and Validation Service. The Housing Executive Insurance and Claims Section will deal with a number of public liability claims internally. Any claims that the Insurance and Claims Section cannot deal with will be passed to the Contractor for processing. Full details of the contract can be found in the tender documents.
