This requirement concerns the design and manufacture of a bespoke full-scale test rig and the conduct of an experimental test programme for the SWTC-255 lid sealing system. The purpose of the work is to generate test data, validate the proposed sealing arrangement and support the development of the SWTC-255 transport package from TRL4 to TRL5. The requirement therefore concerns the supply of novel goods and services for the purposes of testing, research, development and experimentation.
