The service shall be delivered as per the Contract Ts and Cs, with the following amendment to the Contract:
Clause 9.1 of Appendix 2 (Specification) shall be removed in its entirety and replaced with the following:
"9.1 The contract will initially be for three (3) years (2018-21), subject to targets, monitoring and evaluation. If successful, the contract could potentially be extended a further three (3) years (2021-24), at the Council's option and sole discretion.
Such extension provision may be taken up in full, or for a shorter period on any number of occasions, provided that the aggregate time that this Contract is extended does not exceed three (3) years beyond the initial Contract period."

- Change A further 12 months extension provision has been built into the Contract, to allow additional time to engage with the wider VCSE and scope out a new service that delivers capacity building support to the VCSE at both a local and a district wide level, commissioning directly with lead anchors., Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: The modification does not alter the original nature of the actual service being delivered, but instead builds in further provision to extend the Contract for an additional 12 months to 31/3/24. The modification does not exceed 50% of the value of the original contract. The modification is considered by the contracting authority to not be substantial and therefore to be within the exception set out in Regulation 72(1)(e).
