Publisher note: Gwynedd Council are inviting tenders for a framework for the supply of Rock Salt that complies to BS3247:2011 standard or equivalent and related products to be used during the winter maintenance. Please ensure that you familarise yourself with any other standards that are required in terms of the products to be supplied. All tenderers are required to pass the qualification element of the tender prior to having the rest of their tenders evaluated. The framework consists of 3 lots as per the tender documentation. To access all relevant documentation via the E-tenderwales portal, please see instructions below :- 1. Register your company on the eTenderwales portal (this is only required once) - Browse to the eSourcing Portal: www.etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk and click the “Click here to register” link - Accept the terms and conditions and click “continue” - Enter your correct business and user details - Note the username you chose and click “Save” when complete. You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure) 2. To express an Interest in the tender : - Login to the portal with the username/password and click the “Open Access PQQs/ITTs” link. (These are Pre-Qualification Questionnaires open to any registered supplier) - Click on the relevant ITT to access the content and click the “Express Interest” button in the “Actions” box on the left-hand side of the page. - This will move the PQQ/ITT into your “My PQQs/ITTs” page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only) - Click on the PQQ/ITT code, you can now access any attachments by clicking the “Settings and Buyer Attachments” in the “Actions” box 3.
