Coverage: 9 active published awards; 9 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Faculty of Science and Engineering require a motion and visual equipped academic aero design Flight Simulator to enable students and researchers to input, test and validate their aircraft designs. The Simulator must accept geometric parameters through a GUI for six degree of freedom, real time, non-linear dynamic flight simulation of air vehicles ranging from Gliders to Spacecraft. The Simulator should include a remote instructor station with full control over the flight simulation functions as well as providing the design data GUI.
