  • Quality: Tenderers are requested to respond to the Quality Questions found in section 3.2 of the PAN3559 RfQ. Quality Questions will be evaluated by the Council's evaluation panel and as score will be given for each in line with the marking scheme described in section 2.5.2 of the PAN3559 RfQ
