Coverage: 69 active published awards; 51 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Cold Spray System will be used for remanufacturing purposes and additive manufacturing, whereby a large variety of metallic powders will be used throughout the lifetime of the machine.
The key interest is to have a system which allows flexibility (in terms of material and component design/complexity) to (re)manufacture those components in a large size range.
The appointed supplier must be able to provide the Cold Spray System and an enclosure to ensure the equipment can be operated safely.
